  • Highway Parking

I received a parking charge notice for parking in a car park in Norwich. With personal issues and job related issues I forgot to get back to the, with regard to, this matter. It says that the driver was in the car park for 5hrs 11mins.
As I have missed they elected timescale to go back to them I have now received a legal action pending letter.
How do I go about this issue...your help would be appreciated as I was under the imprecation that private firms couldn’t enforce these. Though the driver wasn’t familiar with this place or area. Thanks in advance
