Hi,
I have received an intended notice of prosecution through this morning and wanted to clarify a few things.
Unfortunately i was caught doing 73 mph in a supposed 60mph zone, although this was a dual carriage way national speed limit zone. I assumed the speed limit would be 70mph, as i was driving in an area that I don't live. My first speeding offence since i started driving nearly 15 years ago.
The date of the offence is noted as the 23/08/2019 however the date on the intended prosecution is dated the 13/09/2019.
I assumed there is a 14 day period of notification allowed for, can you clarify if this notice is enforceable.
Thanks Guys
