  • Parking eye response

I have rceived a response pack from Parking eye., Having read all the reviews about this company after having gone through the process of logging on and looking at how to contest the £100+ fine i decided against it purly because i made a mistake in listening to other people in telling me i could park for free!!

So i returned the part that says yes i admit with a very nice letter asking for time to pay by way of monthly d/d i did not fill in the financial details because i felt that they dont need to know the ins and outs of a ducks backside.or give them a copy of my bank statement!!!! needless to say they returned it saying that i MUST fill it in.SO can someone tell me please if there is a law and which one is it that says i have to submit my complete life and financial history to a parking company, when i didn't have to do that when i fell behind with a much more important debt owing a considarable higher amount and that company were gracious enough to accept my offer 4 times in the letter i offered and admitted and agreed to pay so why cant they accept that?. What about my data protection.
