yesterday my friend was stopped and attacked by two men in a road rage attack. There were witnesses x 2 and dash cam footage that shows some of the assault. They have been to hospital and have concussion and apparent damage to their leg. Obviously they are extremely shaken up and I am trying to find out how I can help them re 1 prosecution and 2 claiming compensation for them and their injuries
can anyone advise on the best way forwards to handle this. The police have been informed but don’t appear to be doing very much at present
