  • VT Damage Charges

    Hi,

I exercised my right to voluntary termination. The car has been collected with all of the information and items outlined in an initial letter from my finance company. The collection form states the car is in reasonable condition. However, the service history is not up to date. I have received a letter this morning demanding £423 which has to be paid in the next 30 days. I have no idea what the charges relate to and more of a concern is that they have suggested that if I do not pay the charges. Then they will add a note on my credit file as a default. I have made all payments on time and in full throughout.

can they do this is this legal??

    Any help or advice appreciated.

    David.
