I have a car on h.p, but after a bout of sepsis i have developed a wasting condition of nerves and muscles in legs and arms it is incurable. My neurosurgeon has reccomended i stop driving. The health problem i have is notifiable to dvla. I am on full mobility getting around and standard care.
Can i return my car without any penalties, or further payments. Ive had it on h.p since 10/16.
