PCN - PARKING OFFENCE Works Van

Had court claim today - Driver in breech of the terms of parking

Failed to pay agreed debt ? despite demands being made?

this is a works van, a large car park for a supermarket - staff go there regularly no more that 20 mins - parking tickets are not required

We dont know what the offense is - 14 days to respond - What do we do?
