Smart Parking - What happened when I ignored them....

Hi all, thought I'd put some details down about my recent parking charge...

Went to the local casino Christmas 2017, had a great time and used the empty car park opposite not realising it was a pay and display! Low and behold early January I received my first letter... normal stuff, you have been a naughty boy blah blah blah, and now you owe us £100 but if you're a good boy we will only fleece you for £60... I decided it would be fun to see what happens if you don't respond....

2nd Feb - Debt Recovery Plus Ltd demanded £160
22nd Feb - Same again..
8th March - Offered me a plan to pay in instalments
23rd April - Zenith Collections decided to stick their oar in, same amount but threatening court action... Oh well..
8th May - Zenith again, final warning before court action blah blah blah....
Undated letter in May - Gladstone Solicitors want a slice of the pie, no chance.....

Zenith Collections is a trading name of Debt Recovery Plus Ltd by the way... nice try.

And that's it. Haven't had a letter for a while so i'm guessing they have given up.... If they haven't I will plan my next course of action...

Nope, it's been know for everything to be quiet for a couple of years and then a claim form from the courts appears.

Ooh i'll look forward to that coming in.,. the site was poorly lit with very little signage so I may go down that route..
