Hi Beagles,
Today my wife parked in a council car park, purchased a ticket and went into the library. 2hrs before the ticket was due to expire she received a ticket from the council! Before we write to the council requesting they cancel it, i wanted to get some advice about how best to approach it! There will be video evidence of the ticket being purchased (if they are likely to look into that). There is a possibility that when she went to close the car door the ticket blew off the dashboard, but only because they are no longer the adhesive tickets!!!
Don't feel that £50 fine is justified when we it was a genuine accident
Any thoughts charitynjw or would I be wasting my time trying to fight it?
Thanks
OJ
