Hi All,
I am new to all this but I am looking at voluntarily terminating my PCP finance agreement with BPF, I already know what I'm in for as I called them today just to check my mileage limit and she told me I don't have one and its an 'unsecure' contract? Anyone heard of this?
I also asked if I was past the 50% mark and she said no I'm not and can't return the car even though I didn't mention anything about returning the car? I've had the car since April 2016 and only have 19 payments left...
A copy of my finance agreement is on the way to me so I will work this out for myself, now I have done a lot of reading on here and have a fair amount of knowledge on this and know not to sign any paperwork they send me and what not, all 4 alloys are scuffed and the car has a few small chips and scratches but that's it. I just want some assistance with this as most people on these forums on here have mileage limits but my agreement doesn't? Will this be better for me or not?
Thanks in advance for any assistance!
