hi,
i bought a car in March 2018. A few things I feel were done wrongly when I bought it but nevertheless I signed the contract
i have taken the car back to the garage for numerous repairs including
1.rear axle required modification
2.head has had to be cleaned due to spark plug failure
3.brakes
4.door lock mechanisms failing (twice).
I have asked the garage to take the vehicle back but they said I would have to sell it back to them and they’d offer me around half of what I paid for it. I spoke to and emailed the finance company thinking they’d help but they said they could only help if there was an active problem with the car. The car I don’t feel is reliable and I’m paying over £335 a month. If I wanted to reject the car the finance company have stated I will have an outstanding balance owning of over £7K. Is there anything I can do? The car is on PCP.
