  • Private Parking Charge - Is there a case to appeal or refuse payment

    Hello

Parking charge received through the post (notice to keeper). Should an appeal be made. A payment was made through a phone app however the vehicle registration is incorrect. The payment however was made in good faith and the time was not exceeded etc. Is there a legal obligation to pay the charge received through the post or can it be refuted on the basis that a payment was made? See attached NTK

What were the dates on the notice?

The dates on the letter are all correct and it has been sent out within a couple of days of the ‘contravention’. What Should go in the appeal? Ie wording
