Possibly one for des8
Car is owned, registered, insured (fully comprehensive) with current VED/MOT is loaned to another person who has their own vehicle & as part of their insurance they are allowed to drive on a 3rd party basis another car not belonging to them & not part of a hire purchase agreement etc. The person who has been loaned the car has an at fault accident, clearly the person who they hit is covered, but is the person who loaned them the car also covered as they are a 3rd party?
