Parking Notice Charge Maritime Car Park Falmouth

Hi, I have just received a parking notice charge from Premier Park, it has been sent to me as the registered keeper but I was not the driver. The ticket was purchased 24 March for 3 hours at the Maritime Car Park Falmouth and inadvertently overstayed by 25 minutes. The driver left the car park and went back a few minutes later to the car park to see if an excess charge could be paid, which has been available in other Premier Park car parks. This was not the case and left. Is it worth challenging the charge?
Any help would be greatly received as £60 or £100 seems an excessive amount for 25 minutes.
