Hi there,
I have had a letter, last week, which is for my last house. it says that they have been to court and they have ruled that i owe £190, Firstly I have no idea what time period this is for, and why this is, my partner that i am no longer with paid that bill on a regular basis, I know i could probably find out whne was last paid and what I actually owe (if anything) but I have had no warning letter, nothing suggesting i do owe, but now they have sent this letter to my new property and no other!!
I'm not sure where to go next actually, I want to sort this out, as now i guess it's a CCJ against my name? I'm willing to pay this ovbiously i if I do owe, But I would have liked a warning, rather than, baliffs will come around if you don't pay.
