  • Right of way

Our neighbours has a pedestrian right of way across our property.
WOuld he need our permission to change the path going through our property, put down gravel near the gateway to his property etc , or should he ask permission to put anything down on our side?
I realise he seems to have more rights over our property but can he actually do anything on our land?
He doesn't communicate with us, never has, just does things while we are out etc ,

If all your neighbour has is a right of way, then he should not be doing these things without your agreement.
Lawyer (solicitor) - retired from practice, now supervising solicitor in a university law clinic. I do not advise by private message.

Litigants in Person should download and read this: https://www.judiciary.uk/wp-content/..._in_Person.pdf
