Does anyone here have any knowledge of the conveyancing process? Our new build is due to be signed off on 13/09 and completion for 24/09 but we haven’t exchanged due to according to our solicitor the developers solicitors arrogance in fully answering the last remaining enquiries.

Crucial enquiries include title deeds amendment to state we have right of way through phase 1 to our house on phase 2.

I’m losing sleep with worry. We are in an Airbnb till 25/09 then we will be homeless!
