  • Qualifies title deed

I am trying to sell my property and it has come to light the property has a qualified classification.

It has been shown the parent deed for which the deed was carved is absolute and others within the same development I live that were carved from the same parent deed have an absolute classification. Would Land Registry be able to change the classification on my property or how can I get this changed?
