Hello all,
Mine and my neighbours kitchens are built with a fag paper gap between the two. The neighbours kitchen was an extension built some years ago prior to both our tenures. Is this a problem? If the wall of my kitchen needed work to the exterior side (which cannot be accessed) how would this be done? Could there be a licence granted by me to my neighbour insisting removal of her kitchen in this event? It may sound daft but this is what the solicitor is requiring. Each property is built up to their respective boundaries. Thank you.
