Help to buy isa bonus in remortgage / equity transfer

Hi all!

I am am hoping for some advise. I am a first time buyer, never owned a property before, and I am buying half of a house that my boyfriend already owns half. I am buying out his friend who owns the other half

the bank, hmrc and my own solicitor is unable to tell me if I am eligible to claim the help to buy government bonus.

I meet all the inclusion criteria, and non of the exclusion criteria on the .gov document.

Please help!
