I need advice if l can make a complaint to the housing
My problem is that l have a bathroom leak and there is water under my tiles and housing are saying the only appointment available to get the repairs done is in 9 days
So now l have to deal with using the mats and towels to control the water as they say it's not an emergency as it can be managed
Can l take them to court to replace my tiles as the flooring is getting damaged due to this long delay
I can't work to keep replacing things that are damaged because housing is refusing to attend to the problem quicker
I had the same problem less than two years ago now again back to square one l wwonder where they think l get the money to replace the flooring
Please help me with your advice
