Windows in my property - My Rights

Hi my neighbours have got an extension at the back of the property.
We all have detached houses with similar extensions, however my neighbours windows are in my property (none of the designs are like this windows are at back) although the glass type is where you cannot see in my property and there are proper windows at the back as well, Not sure why they design the conservatory with windows at side however I don’t like the fact that this overlooking my property.
These windows are already there when I bought this property around 2 years ago and when I bought it I did raised the issue however there is no mention of any previous agreement or any other details related to these windows in the paperwork I’ve. I can simply put a fence and block this forever however my question is do I have any legal aspect where I can ask my neighbours to remove these with bricks.

If its been passed on the planning, then you can put a fence up but can not block the light going to the window, and your fence is usualy limited to 6 ft. Also, becuase you purchased the property and the neigbours work was already done, it sort of limits what angles you can take. Planning inspectorate or the neigbour probebly will just say you should have sorted it with the prior owner if you had an issue.
