Hi,
I came on here with an issue with my neighbour back in November. He took down a wall that is a joint party wall and built a new property, this I had no problem with. He did however, put the footings on my land despite me refusing to allow this, I gave up with that and just let him get on with it. The problem is that now he has built the wall and rather than back fill with soil in my garden he's filled it with concrete so I now have all along the boundary wall about a foot into my garden a completely unusable area. It was planted previously and I had planned to re-plant the garden with pear tree's growing up the wall but I can no longer do this. I'm not sure what I can do about this? Does anyone know the legal protocol as he's basically made a proportion of my garden unusable?
Thanks
