charging orders

Would you be able to tell if it possible or Not (which i think is the case) for someone to get a third party charging order
Scenario
A Sues B and has partner C,
B lives with C, C owns property outright. B has no interest or ownership of the property(there is nothing in trust etc)
Can A get a charging order against C by claiming that because A + B live together then B has an interest in the property?

No - a charging order is a charge over a person's equitable interest in, in this case, a property. In this case, B has no equitable interest (any realised interest, anyway) in C's property, so there is nothing to "charge".
