I am appearing for an individual who is challenging the fees and charges of Swift Advances Ltd.
In order to assist her claim, I require a copy of the Tariff of Fees and Charges used by Swift 1st Ltd at any point between Jan 2004 and May 2011. If you have a copy of this document, please do PM me with a scan or photo of this document.
Please note, that I need a copy of the actual document from Swift 1st Ltd, and not just the information contained within that document, a different document, or a similar document from a different company. I need something that can be put in evidence to the court, which means it has to be a scan or photo of the actual fees and charges of Swift 1st Ltd; nothing else will be admissable. We already have the Tariff of Fees and Charges from Swift Advances (the sister company), and we have a ruling by the FSA against Swift 1st that their charges are excessive and unfair; we believe they are identical to the Tariff of Fees and Charges of Swift Advances, and if they are, the FSA ruling would be equally applicable to Swift Advances.
Thanks for your help in advance!
