Like on line marketing we used once = 1 visit to sign up, prospective customers sat outside of house awaiting Agent ==== No AGENT But Seller to take people around, and if a sale took place then Seller did all the work except adverts and Marketing get the money for a few adverts.
Purple Bricks had a sign up the road for a very long time advertising a bungalow (Bright Yellow the Bungalow was) urghhhh must be a colour thing, as all the other bungalows are brick not painted.
