Hiya!
well i move in monday and the lettings agent sent me the contract and i noticed the tenancy renewal fee.
which he didnt tell me about when he offered me the house. it states £200 a year for the renewal!. bit extreme for a piece of paper! my current landlord doesnt charge this fee!
i havent signed anything yet he said he will reduce it to £150!
HELP WHERE DO I STAND?? he wants us to sign tomorrow to move in monday!
also im paying advance rent payment for 2 months- does this mean my next rental payment is due september?? as i am working out my finances.
