I don't know how to do that fancy quote stuff, so I'll have to make due with what I'm doing here!
1. The LL is allowed to enter to inspect, but they've clearly said it's (inter alia) to collect keys. That's a no-no, as he has no legal right to evict, currently.
2. It is, but arguing a contractual (or, at common law) breach to a right to quiet enjoyment is easy to demonstrate I am not advocating dealing with a harassment claim through LB, but I was hoping to establish a couple of tick-box actions that might help determine whether the involvement of a lawyer is required. The complaints currently put forward by OP is a strong starting ground atleast. More often than not when I advise clients, they just want a clean break and don't bother pursuing the often expensive side of litigation.
