There are currently 3 of us renting a house and there is still 4 months left of the tenancy and the contract has no break out clause in it. We have all signed and dated it. One of the people have decided to leave which means that we have to take on her bills. On the tenancy agreement it states that we are all liable for the for rent, the council tax (which is in all our name) the water which i am the main account holder and the tv licence which i think is registered against the house and the virgin package that is registered in the other persons name.

Are we all liable to pay for this for the duration of the tenancy or do we have to take it on the chin and chalk it up to a "life experience"

    Please help. thanks in advance
