Hi all,
Im currently in dispute with the west brom mortgage co over their interest rate rise. My buy to let property is in arrears, which have increased, due to this rise.
I have an arrangement in place with them, to pay the mortgage plus arrears, starting this month. Im deciding on whether I should be forced to pay the higher amount.
A few questions before I plan my next move:
The west broms next move could be lpa recivership, given the fact the arrears have increased due to, what i believe, to be an unlawful interest rate rise, can I go to court (some have suggested an n244) to stop lpa recievers? is there any legal way to do this?
My tenants are actually my parents, and they are about to sign a 3 year tenancy, what would happen should the property go into LPA, would this agreement stand? Obviously I dont want them to be thrown out!
any help or advice greatly appreciated.
thanks!
