Defendant about to be repossessed, can I get an order before the court hearing?

I have a court case against someone due to be heard in February. However after the initial hearing last week (whereby the judge in effect said he is at fault and has no chance of winning) the defendant advised me he is about to have his house repossessed in January. I was hoping to be able to get some sort of order put on his house after the court case as I think this may be his only asset. By the time we go to court I think his house will be repossessed and he may well disappear. Is there some sort of order or restriction I can get put on his house prior to the repossession so that my interest in it is registered, or some way of being able to know where he is going to be moving to so I can go after the money in the future?

I presume there is a way of issuing a restriction pending the judgment outcome of the next hearing too.

How much is the judgment likely to be for?

% days before our house was taken from us a Bank obtained a charging order on it. I told them we were to be evicted but they still spent money getting the order although I told them there was no equity.

The problem for the OP may be the same they spend money getting an order after that they then find out there is nothing to get if the Debtor is so inclined with no house no equity any chance of them paying will be gone
