I was made bankrupt by the inland revenue some 4 years ago, but i have been fighting this since then(wont go into this, take 3 days to explain) although the bankruptcy has now "run out of time" the receiver has a possession order on my house
about a month ago i received a letter from the receivers solicitors with various offers to resolve this, i did agree to this and presumed that may be the end of it however another court date was made and i thought that this was for the court to "rubber stamp" this agreement that the solicitors had sent me, to be honest i had no idear what the judge was on about, now i have received an eviction notice.
My question is did the written offer from the solicitor create a contract?
and if so should it be binding by law?
The second question is can the receiver do this after the bankruptcy has run out of time?
