just wondered what your views are on claiming mortgage redemption penalties back?
Just had our reply from DHL from my LBA......, ' I am investigating your complaint and will respond within 5 working day......blah blah blah....'

    Claiming £4700 redemption.

My personal opinion (I have restrained posting honestly) is that it is very risky (back to indemntiy fees again) and few have succeeded in court - most that have tried and won have been settled before court - but before a number ended up with huge costs bills and lost in court - have a look over on cag in the mortgage section. Look at JAMorgan, MaroonFox, and a couple other I dont recall off top of my head. There are small movements in the area, but at the moment, no I wouldnt recommend reclaiming these.

This is my PERSONAL OPINION not the site opinion or any such like. Cetelco and Tools have different thoughts from me (for a change) so try and bash one of them for their thoughts too.
