Hi,
We are in the process of Right to Buy. The house valuation has been completed and we are just waiting for an Energy Performance Certificate but crucially we have not yet received an official offer notice. The 8 week deadline for the landlord to provide this is the end of November.
It's being reported that the discount will be lowered to a maximum of around 25%. If this is announced next week, will it require legislation and therefore not come into effect until after the end of November deadline for our offer notice?
