    1635 to seal the upstand.
    500 for scaffolding.
    350 for surveyors report.
    Roof was 5000 as they replaced any necessary boards and said you cannot partially refelt. I agree it was old. Sadly I re did it twice. I don't know what calculation is used to deal with that.

      Interior of the house needs ceiling in bedroom repaired. Paint, and flooring (albeit cheap carpet squares in that room). Room below needs repainting too. Probably around 4k if the roof is valued at 0.
