  • Not bought house yet but already nightmare neighbours

    Hi, any advice appreciated.
the house next to us is for sale, and the people buying it (So sstc) are already working on the garden while the sale goes through.
we have met and had inkling not very nice people.
Already he has chopped down some of my bushes, and damaged my fence.
on chatting to them (politely and pleasantly) they were aggressive.
We also have cats, a massive garden and next to a park. so plenty of areas for them to toilet. Where neighbours have been digging soil our (and other cats) have toileted.
He told me he would thrown the poo into our garden.
    We're dreading then moving in.
    Any advice ?!

    Put in a fence.

Are you saying that these charming people cut down bushes that were your side of the fence?

In what way has the fence been damaged?
