Allotment menace

Hi the tenant of an allotment next to my house has for many years been a complete menace (polite). His allotment landlord lives miles away and simply advises us to phone the police.

My question - If the tenant deliberately damages my property and he also violates a request by his landlord not to do something antisocial whilst visiting his allotment,. What rights does his landlord have to evict him ? Thank ypu in advance

If you want this to stop, rather than relying on someone else who does not want to take action or maybe spend money doing so you can take action yourself for damages and/or an injunction in respect of harassment and possibly private nuisance.
