Land transfer / consolidation

Hi I'm looking for advice (again) around consolidation (if that's the right term) of a shared drying green, my 2 neighbours are happy to sign the land over so it wouldn't be a land purchase / sale as such.
is there a straight forward and affordable way to do this? based in Scotland if that makes any difference.
previously quoted £6k for purchasing the land but circumstances have changed.
