Hi Everyone, hopefully the title encouraged more people to click! I have joined here to get some opinion/advice on a boundary issue.
We live on a new build site in a detached house but our neighbours garage wall acts as a partial boundary between the two properties. Other than the garage there is a fence which continues after the garage as the boundary. The neighbours garage eves significantly overhang the boundary line into our garden. Is this right or should the builder have built the garage further back as it will reduce what we can do in terms of our garden space. Their drain pipe is also situated in our garden!
many thanks!
