  • Existing Gutter Intruding into Our Party Wall Further Extended

    Our neighbour's gutter extends onto our property. This guttering has been present for over 15 years, but they recently requested through a tradesman who was doing some work for us to extend it, which was verbally agreed to.

    If I offer to pay for the guttering removal and to rework their shed roof so the guttering sits on their side of the way, do they have any legal recourse to block me from doing this? Given the white box and the guttering below are on my side of the property? (the brick wall marks the property boundary).
