Wonder if anyone can help.
I'd like to sell a rented property to my son at a heavily discounted price to get him on the property ladder.
He isn't married but I'd like to look ahead at worst case and somehow protect the property soiin the event of future divorce etc someone else hasn't benefitted from my gift to child.
He would get a mortgage to buy from me.
Is there any way this can be done at all?
