Landlord won’t provide reason for visit or provide a time

Landlord has said they are coming ti look around the house and garden. Property was inspected by estate agent three weeks ago and was a good pass.

I’ve asked to confirm the reason and time however have not been provided with either.

In a rolling contract, what are my rights ?

Per section 11 of the Landlord and Tenant Act 1985, Landlord must give you 24 hours' notice in writing, unless it's an emergency - a "look around" is not an emergency.
