Hi,
anyone know a quick and cost effective way to recover lost rent and have my sister pay me monthly rent now for a house we inherited from our late mother where my sister has been living for years and where she refuses me entry?
We are both executors and beneficiaries on our late mother's will and probate has been granted in April 2022 meaning we co-own and are both responsible for the property and it could have been put on the market for rent from date probate was granted.
