  • Solar Panels

I live in a maisonette, 1 flat up stairs and 1 flat downstairs.

I am a leaseholder and share of the freehold, I have the up stairs flat.

The ground floor flat leaseholder/shared freeholder wants to install solar panels on the roof.

No where on the lease hold does it mention that either flat owns the roof.

Does the ground floor owner need my agreement to install solar panels on the roof?

    Thank You

The freeholder has the right to say what if anything goes on the roof. It is a shared decision.
