Hi, I'm in England.
Does anyone have any idea how ad medium filum would function on a cul-de-sac? For example the general boundary for one property is up to the road, and presumably therefore the boundary would be in the middle of the road. However the property on the other side of the road has their general boundary along the road but also includes the entire land at the end of the cul-de-sac. in this instance we have a situation where one property fronts one side of the road but the other property fronts two sides of the road. This appears to be an anomaly because two properties front the same side of the road, but does anyone know how ad medium filum works in such a scenario?
Thanks.
