How to find out detail of an equitable charge

Hi,

There is one house on auction and the title deed mentions one equitable charge is registered by court order, but there is no details including debt amount or debt background. Where can I find details?

I am surprised that the auction do not have details. Have you asked them for the details on this or who acts for the owners. The alternative is to apply the the land Registry and see if you can find it that way. It would help to have the registered title number, which the auction house may have.
