recieved a section 21 notice 6 months ago. no rent arrears at all. no complaints but would like house back. have not been able to find anywhere. have paid holding deposits for another house, but lost that when an agent just readvertised the property within 12 days. so trying to find a valid way to delay the inevitable. Gas safety certificate supplied with notice was valid but not the most recent that was done just prior to notice.?it does say most recent!! Deposit protection scheme. the certificate is not signed by us at all and provides a incorrect address for us. is it therefore a valid claim for the notice being invalid.
Any help appreciated. Oh I see the deposit is not held by my deposits, well who has the cash them. never realised someone else has it.
