  • Leasehold issues

    Good afternoon all,

The sale of my property has been held up for four months held up because my purchaser has been asked by her purchaser's solicitors to provide some information regarding her lease.

Her property is a Miller home and that company transferred the lease to a landlord.

She doesn't have the details required and her landlord will not respond to communications. She is basically trapped. Is there anything she can do in these circumstances? A chain involving four properties is dependent upon this issue.

    Thank you..

    Hi Jamfan

Could you provide more details and be a bit more specific about the details required. Is the landlord a management company?
