I moved into a housing association new build property in December 2015. We all moved in at the same time. Unfortunately I am in a semi with the neighbours from hell. The m.o. of the woman next door is the false allegation. Since living here I have been reported multiple times to rspca, children's social services, numerous compliance interviews for benefit fraud. At least 30 reports to housing association, dog warden. Probably even more complaints I have forgotten to mention here. None of the complaints ever go anywhere, but the constant letters from the housing association have made me terribly ill. On my 45 birthday on 27.02.21 I ended up getting detained against my will in a psychiatric ward for 10 days, meaning I have lost my driving licence and thus all my self employed trade. I have her on tape making hate comments towards my disability and bragging to other neighbours that I am afraid of her. The housing association started to catch out her false allegations and told me that they were onto her lies, but they still send me these letters that make me suicidal. I am definitely taking the housing association to court for disability discrimination, but was thinking of doing a personal injury claim too. When I moved into my home I was under gp care, I needed no specialist secondary mental health services as I had been stable for years. Shortly after moving in here I became very ill indeed and have gone from running a successful cleaning business to earning only £49.50 a week. Despite the hate comments (you are weird, get your head together you fking freak) they are refusing to evict her. My mp is involved as they are refusing to give me priority for rehousing despite the fact I nearly killed myself on my birthday.
