Our local council has placed a pedestrian crossing right in front of our front door. To step out of the house you are stepping on to the tactile paving for the crossing. The lights are directly outside the bedroom window and post is about 2ft from the door. The community are in shock at the placement. In addition it's on a blind bend so no visibility to the left. It's also opposite a busy car park entrance where there is no room to turn left without going onto the opposite side of the road over the crossing. Any advice in relation to how we can challenge this welcome.
